Why do I need to register?

What do I need to register as a producer or importer of EEE?

  1. Contact details.
  2. In the case of an authorised representative, also the contact details of the producer being represented;
  3. The company registration number of the producer of EEE;
  4. The category to which the EEE belongs, as referred to in Article 3.4.4.2;
  5. The type of EEE: household or professional equipment;
  6. Information about how the producer complies with its responsibilities, either individually or through a collective scheme, including information about financial security;
  7. The sales techniques used, e.g. distance selling;
  8. A statement that the information provided is accurate.
