“Who actually has to report WEEE?”

We’re often asked this question. Here’s a brief summary:

✓ You registered as an IHM with OVAM, SPW or Leefmilieu Brussel and according to your EURAL code, you process WEEE
✓ OVAM recognises you as a licensed processor of WEEE
✓ You exported WEEE from Belgium
✓ You are recognised as a collector of WEEE in the Flemish, Walloon or Brussels region
